Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from makeup, perfumes, or alterations.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
