Standard shipping for in-stock gowns typically takes 5-7 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow 12-16 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy on accessories?
Accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and hairpieces are final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend having a professional tailor take your measurements to ensure the closest fit possible.
